Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using PostFlash, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

PostFlash lets you schedule and automatically publish content to your connected Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube accounts using the official APIs of those platforms.

3. Permitted use

  • You may use PostFlash only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the rules of each social platform.
  • You must not use PostFlash for spam, harassment, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, fraud, malware or any illegal activity.
  • You must not attempt to bypass quotas, reverse engineer the service, or use it to violate any third-party rights.

4. Your content and responsibility

You retain ownership of all content you upload. You are solely responsible for the content you publish through PostFlash, including ensuring you have all necessary rights and complying with each platform's community guidelines (TikTok, Meta, YouTube).

You grant PostFlash a limited license to store, process and transmit your content strictly to deliver the scheduling and publishing features you request.

5. Use of official social APIs

PostFlash publishes exclusively through the official APIs of TikTok, Meta and Google/YouTube, using the permissions you authorize during their OAuth login. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms.

6. Account and security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@postflash.app of any unauthorized access.

7. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Limitations of the service

PostFlash depends on third-party platforms. Publishing may be delayed, rejected or limited by those platforms' APIs, rate limits, outages or policy changes. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or any social platform's policies. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@postflash.app.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostFlash is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or damages caused by third-party platforms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app. Continued use after the update means you accept the new Terms.
